SHIPPING AND MAIL DATA

Shipments are made by BARTOLINI courier and at the time of shipment, the customer receives a second order confirmation, by e-mail, with the tracking number to be able to follow the shipment at any time.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders placed are shipped by SoldiDesign, Calenzano (FI), Italy, Monday to Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday. Orders placed holidays will be processed the next day. Orders for items already in stock are shipped within 1 to 2 working days from the day of the order. However, for temporarily out of stock items, delivery is guaranteed within 3 weeks. Soldidesign reserves the right to postpone shipment if force majeure events occur.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are free in Italy for orders of € 50.00 or more; for orders of a lower amount, a contribution of € 10.00 is required for Italy.

Any shipping costs will be visible at the time of the basket summary.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

SoldiDesign shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage by us. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.
